Warranty Policy

At Wristive, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality timepieces that last. That’s why every watch comes with a 1-year machine warranty from the date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

  • This warranty covers only the internal watch movement (machine).

  • If your watch stops working due to a manufacturing defect in the machine, we will repair or replace the movement or the watch itself, depending on the situation and availability.

What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover:

  • Color fading, wear and tear, or discoloration of the strap, case, or dial

  • Physical damage, including cracks, scratches, broken glass, or damage caused by drops or impact

  • Water damage

  • Battery replacement after regular use

Water Resistance Disclaimer

While most Wristive watches are splash-resistant and can withstand light rain or minimal water exposure, they are not suitable for:

  • Swimming or showering

  • Submerging in water

  • High-pressure water environments

We do not accept warranty claims for water damage, even for water-resistant models.

Warranty Claim Conditions

To be eligible for a warranty claim:

  • You must have the original Warranty Card provided at the time of purchase

  • You must return the watch in its original box/packaging

  • The issue must be related to the watch’s internal machine and not due to misuse or damage

No warranty claim will be accepted without the original warranty card.

How to Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  2. Share your order details, a clear description of the issue, and photos or a video of the watch

  3. Send the watch back to us after confirmation from our team

  4. After inspection, we will either repair the machine or replace the entire watch, based on the condition and availability

Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and is non-transferable

  • Claims related to negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty

  • Warranty handling time may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the location.
