Refund & Exchange Policy
At Wristive, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer both refund and exchange options under the following terms and conditions:
Refund Policy – 15 Days
You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Criteria

The product must be completely unused, unworn, and undamaged.

All original packaging, including the box and protective lamination, must be intact and unaltered.

Any signs of use, damage, or removed packaging will result in a partial refund or rejection of the refund request.
Return Process

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria.

If approved, the refund will be processed. If any part of the product or packaging is missing or used, a deduction may apply.
Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be released within 3 to 5 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the method used at the time of purchase.
Exchange Policy
We understand that preferences can change. If you wish to exchange your product, we offer a simple and efficient process.
Eligibility Criteria

The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

You must provide the product box and the original Airway Bill (AWB) for the exchange to be approved.

No exchanges will be processed if packaging or documentation is missing.
Exchange Process

You can choose the new product you wish to receive.

Our delivery rider will bring the new item and collect the original product during the same visit.

If the new item is of higher value, you only need to pay the difference in product cost. No service fee is charged.
Packaging Requirements

The returning product must be properly packed to avoid damage in transit.

Products showing any signs of use, damage, or missing accessories will not be accepted for exchange.
Additional Notes

Items that are damaged due to mishandling, accidental drops, or improper use are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refund and exchange requests will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of delivery.

To avoid any issues, we recommend recording a short video during the unboxing process.
